Hardware Integration Console

This console exercises the software-to-hardware boundary using simulated sensors and actuators. The interface is designed so future physical drivers can replace the simulator without changing the supervisory concepts.

Physical integration boundary: the simulator deliberately contains no real motor, camera, force sensor or safety-controller access. A production system requires qualified electrical/mechanical design, deterministic control hardware, independent safety functions, validated limits and applicable machinery/robotics standards.
