The problem
A road-oriented SUV suspension has to serve everyday driving while also coping with severe wheel articulation and transient terrain loads.
The proposed difference
VAYRION keeps the ordinary suspension load path primary during normal driving, while a mechanically triggered secondary physical path is proposed to progressively participate when severe articulation reaches a defined condition.
High-level sequence
Normal road → severe articulation → mechanical threshold → progressive secondary load transfer → bounded maximum → controlled return.
Engineering package
- Mechanism architecture
- Service and contamination provisions
- Four-corner vehicle architecture
- Preliminary FEA load cases
- Single-corner physical test-fixture definition
- Vehicle commissioning and validation framework
Development status: VAYRION is a structured concept-level physical technology package prepared for engineering validation and strategic OEM evaluation. It is not represented as production-ready, patented, crash-certified, homologated or physically performance-validated. Detailed mechanism geometry and engineering values are intentionally controlled for appropriate disclosure stages.
