Intelligent Machine Safety Performance Device.
A working software prototype that analyses how machinery physically responds after a safety event, compares the response with an established machine signature, and identifies meaningful changes, deterioration and possible sensor faults.
The software demonstrated on this page is the technology we built. The device shown is the proposed hardware form a future acquiring company could engineer, validate and commercialize around the software.
The prototype shows the physical-response signal that a production device could capture. Normal behaviour is compared with a slower response, while a sensor fault is treated separately from mechanical deterioration.

Software architecture and proposed hardware direction for buyer and engineering discussion. The safety-critical machine stop function remains in appropriately certified safety hardware. StopSure is presented here as an independent monitoring/intelligence layer, not as a certified protective control.
