Physical Product / Maintenance Planning Instrument

Configurable Maintenance Extraction Simulator

A manually operated, reconfigurable physical system intended to represent a maintenance component's dimensional envelope and reproduce a proposed removal or replacement movement before field execution.

Public portfolio summary. Detailed engineering, development and buyer materials are reserved for direct review.

Ready: CONFIGURE

What it does

The simulator provides a physical way to configure a component envelope, place it against a reference environment, reproduce lift/translation/rotation movements, identify interference, and preserve a workable route for repeatable review.

Replacement verification

A successful extraction configuration can be reversed to test the proposed replacement sequence: RETRIEVE → POSITION → ROTATE → TRANSLATE → ALIGN → SEAT.

Configurable envelope

Telescoping reference members represent different component length, width and height envelopes without representing the real component load.

Orientation control

software productual yaw, pitch and roll adjustment with positive mechanical locking and reference scales.

Route verification

Reference arms and clearance markers help identify interference points and compare alternative physical movement routes.

Path-sequence capture

Critical dimensions, orientations and route checkpoints can be mechanically preserved and recorded after a workable route is found.

Development package

V2 development release includes parametric 3D source, STL/OBJ geometry, preliminary BOM, validation protocol, FMEA-style controls and buyer documentation.

Commercial route

Prepared as a potential strategic acquisition asset for an industrial tooling, fixturing, maintenance-equipment or engineered-product company.

Engineering status

Development Release V2.0. This is a software productual physical engineering/planning instrument, not a lifting device and not a certified production product. The software product has not been represented as physically working software-tested. Detailed CAD, tolerance definition, mechanism refinement, working software fabrication, qualified engineering review and controlled testing remain part of the manufacturer development path.
