LUMI / Buyer Overview

LUMI — The Little Learning Robot

A compact physical learning tool designed for children, with embodied learning actions, supervised digital play and parent-controlled online safety support.

LUMI children's learning robot

What has been developed

Learning: Math, reading, spelling, languages, science, logic, memory, movement and creative learning.
Embodied interaction: The robot can demonstrate selected concepts through controlled movement and ask the child to respond.
Safe Play: Parent-enabled controls and defined risk-signal handling around approved online gaming experiences.
Product architecture: Physical robot, electronics/sensors, AI/software, parent controls, privacy/security and engineering validation structure.

Acquisition structure

The intended transaction is an outright acquisition of the developed product/business/IP package. A serious buyer can review the non-confidential buyer presentation first and receive the detailed engineering package at the appropriate diligence stage.

Current status: engineering-development specification. Final CAD, prototype manufacture, safety/security testing and market-specific certification remain manufacturer/validation stages.

Safe Play & child safety

LUMI is designed around supervised digital play and observable online-risk signals rather than claiming to identify a “predator” from a face. Relevant signals include requests for personal information, moving a child off-platform, secrecy pressure, inappropriate content, image/video pressure, meeting requests, threats or coercion, credential requests and repeated unknown-adult contact.

Parent controls and privacy-by-design requirements are part of the development architecture. Final implementation requires specialist child-safety, privacy, security and regulatory validation.
