What this is

A deliberately narrow capability layer for visualizing temporal change propagation. It is designed as an acquisition-ready demonstrator rather than a replacement for PLM, digital-twin, simulation or enterprise configuration platforms.

Acquisition route

Outright acquisition. The software demonstrator, source, documentation and associated development materials can be transferred to a strategic buyer for further engineering, integration, validation and commercialization.
